on the 30th of march 2009, we celebrated our 5 years anniversary. since it was a weekday, we just had a simple dinner. but it was still great cos the special feeling was there..hehehe!!

went to my favourite fish and chips stall in marina square..dunno why it's always sooo empty even though the food is really nice and affordable! after dinner, went to walk around and settled at swensons for desserts. growing fat still eat so much!! haha.

darling looks soo cute when he's laughing and squinting his eyes like that. if i dun remember wrongly, he was being driven nuts by me lol. and me, i'm neckless in the picture. omg!! hahas.

very yummy food..i eat the pasta every time i go. and the chilli sauce is best. go and try!

the day was spent as simple as it can be..but i was really happy. cos it's a special day afterall and i'm spending it with a special boy. that is all i need.

it's been 5 years..definitely not a short time. i'm just so glad that you've always been there for me. thank you baby..for giving me the best in everything. i'm looking forward to the many more years to come..and we will still be so loving and happy together k? muacks!

anni weekend

since our anniversary falls on a weekday, we decided to stay out over the weekend to have an advance celebration. stayed in roberts*n quay hotel this time round. besides it being cheap and in town area, nothing else is good. the room sucks big time..nothing about the room is worth mentioning. we ended up thinking that we should have just paid more for something else! lol. luckily my company was great..if not i'll really pout all the way in the room. haha.

had some time to ourselves after checking in, then went over to funan to pick my mama up. she's going for JJ's concert (damn IN right lol) and at the same time, treated a few of us to seafood at kallang. i'm not a big fan of crabs but i really lurrvveeee cereal prawns! so i was waiting and waiting but alamak, the prawns were so freaking small, and i only ate 1. -__-||| SAD. had lots of the crispy cereal though..lol. it was still nice to have dinner together once in awhile. :)

after dinner, baby and i were very full. so we took a walk around indoor stadium. so nice to go walk walk like this! hees.

went to pick darling's mum and send her home. we went home too..to shower. haha. cos there was like no basic necessities in that hotel (on 2nd thoughts, more like motel la) except for this soap dispenser which i refuse to use on my body. had a shiok cooling shower at his place, then we headed back to the hotel!

upon reaching, we realise that the view from our room is quite nice. i like how the whole place looks so sparkly and bright..so pretty.

ok, so that was 1 thing worth mentioning about the hotel. lol!

we fell asleep while watching TV, and i suddenly jerked up and felt so pissed off with myself for faling asleep. dunno why was i so agitated hahas. went out to take a walk and we went to explore clarke quay. omg it changed alot from what we remembered!! i suppose it had changed long ago..but sua ku us had not been there for the longest time. gosh we felt so old and out of touch with the clubbing world lol. girlfriends! let's go party some day!!

went back, cuddle and slept. surprisingly i had quite a good sleep in that room..bleah. had bakerzin for lunch..yum yum! darling came up to my place to rest for awhile before going for his RT..poor boy. we go exercise after your exams, then you dun need to go RT next time round le k? lol.

i love you baby boy! no one can ever take your place in my heart..muacks.

tomorrow marks our 5 years anniversary. time passed really fast..we've known each other for 8 years, together for 5. seeing each other grow and growing with each other..it was an amazing journey.

will be on leave tomorrow..wheet! meeting him for dinner. yeah..i can't wait! =D

went to trim my hair on wednesday..now i'm sporting bangs again! lol. still trying very hard to leave my hair long. =D

went for ikea meatballs on saturday. YUMMY to the max..satisfied my cravings finally. shopped around after that..it's so sweeeet to be shopping for furnitures with your other half! *in my own world* lol.

deserts and drinks at anchorpoint's TCC after that. the TCC there is super cosy and i like the ambience. cuddled on our seats, chatted alot, did nonsensical stuffs, had fun. it was a very quiet yet splendid saturday spent.

and as mentioned previously, presenting to you my very chubby face haha! look at darling here..soo cute. full of expressions..haha. muacks!

freak, my face is exceptionally round in the top left corner pic right. OMG OMG OMG!!! how come will look so round..opps. haha. it must be the angle. =p

and yeah..jiemeis back from guangzhou and as miss shufen tagged, pinky stuffs for me! =D THANK YOU BABES! but i still angry cos you all never ask me to go together..wahaha! can't wait to see the pinky stuffs!

been feeling quite high this week..dunno why. maybe cos our big anni is coming? hehes.

fatty bom bom

usually, when i gain weight, it will show on my waist / butt 1st. after which, my arms / thighs will show too. the last area to get fat will always be my face. but omg, while looking at some pictures, i realise that my face is freaking round now! and i'm someone with a sharp chin so......it's really quite terrible that my face looks ROUND.

yesterday, met my cousins and mummy for dinner. was randomly talking about something and my cousin commented that i'm very fat now. like !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i know i got much chubbier but not till the extend of VERY FAT right?! shumei jiejie's very skinny and small in size so maybe..comparing to her, i AM very fat. lol! but i still dun think i'm very fat la..very chubby maybe. haha! but that didn't stop me from having an enjoyable night. mummy treated us to a sumptuous korean bbq meal. very yummy!! but very expensive..haha. had a nice chat over dinner..family is irreplaceable.

anyway, i seriously need to lose weight. i am aware that i'm gaining alot of weight..it's showing and i'm sad. lol. darling promised to be healthy and go exercise regularly with me afer his exams..we both need to lose some weight! haha. we've got so much plans and things that we wanna do when we're more free. i can't wait for his final exams to be over..jia you dearie!

in the meantime, i shall try to stop gaining more weight. haha. will blog more soon..post some pictures to show you my roundy face and i really hope you won't go "oh man, so fat!" sheesh!

home alone!

my mummy went on cruise again. this is her 2nd time going for a cruise in the month of march. gahh..leaving her poor daughter home alone to fend off may-appear disgusting lizards!! which i pray up and down that none will appear..if not i'll go crazy and die.

went over to baby's place yesterday. his mum should be shocked to see me.."monday's a working day and the girlfriend is coming to stayover?!" haha. but she was nice about it..had a filling home cooked dinner. :) it was a fulfilling night. we watched movie in his room, ate chips together, had fun playing some music game on his iphone, cuddled and fell asleep, woke each other up with kisses, left home and went to work together. sheesh. it's soo simple, but the feeling is seriously nice.

tonight, both of us will be sleeping alone. he was saying, "i'm starting to get use to you sleeping by my side..now the bed feels so big (this lucky boy sleeps on a king size bed) without you." and he said something about missing me cos i'm not with him. maybe it sound so normal to you, but i had this sweet tugging feeling in my heart when he said whatever he said. i miss you too darling. propose to me soon la..then your bed won't feel so empty already! lolololol. i sound so desperate. wahaha!

ok la..time to sleep. baby, our time will come. and when it comes, you may want to take back what you say today and hope for me to roll off the bed. =D

last saturday, baby and i went for a complimentary back massage at trueS*A. before going for the massage, i went online to google about them, and apparently they dun have a too-good history..lots of people complaining about their after-sales service. luckily i went to do some research, cos the package they offered is actually very reasonable and i may have sign up for it if i didn't know about their history! haha. anyways, the massuer's skill is pretty good. i was a little pissed off before that cos we didn't get the couple's room as told (bad service lor..haha) and darling and i had to be seperated. :( but eventually the massage dissolved my anger and i really enjoyed the part when she massaged my head and neck. SHIOK. darling didn't enjoy though..lol. he's not a massage person! haha. but dear, someday we'll still go for the hydrobath thingy together k? hehe. at the end of the day, we obviously didn't sign for the package though it's really attractive, cos i'm very skeptical about what i read online. better be safe than sorry yeah?

anyway, when filling up some form at the place yesterday, i did something retarded. i actually put in "21" for my age without thinking much or realising anything wrong. until i looked at darling's form and saw "25", and i was thinking "aiyo why dear wants to state himself as so old neh?" and then i pause for awhile, finally i realise, freak i AM turning 25 this year! LOL big time! both of us got into a laughing fit cos of my kukuness..i'm seriously living in denial. HAHAHA. shit man..turning 25. ............................ ok, end of it. SKIP.

caught "marley and me" after the massage..meaningful and beautiful show. the storyline is so close and real to our daily lifes. and the dog is uber cute! though i dun have a dog, i can imagine how heart-wrenching it is when your dog passes away after 10+ years. my hamster died after 2 years and i was like how sad already..imagine 10+ years? man.......now i have to think many more times before getting a dog, cos i cannot take it if something / someone very dear to me suddenly leaves..hmms.

went starbucks for a drink before going home. wanted to go back early, but we ended up chatting till after 12 midnight. as usual, saturday ended before me knowing it. good times always zoom past waayy too fast.

darling says i look like a teacher in his glasses..haha.

wii-ed with cheryl, chuen and yvonne last friday. that raymen's raving rabbids game is enough to cause an ache in my right arm the next day. -_-|| super lack of exercise. lol. had lots of fun playing and laughing..but an uninvited party pooper - mr flying cockroach ended the night for us. though it was pretty late already but still, wth. what a way to end the night la! haha!

had to go back to office on a random weekend..BOO. my colleague brought her baby along and he's soo cute!! let's put it this way, all babies are cute (when they dun cry nonstop or scream at the top of their voices). lol. i love the baby smell and the soft skin. dear, let's have a baby now! haha ok ok not now la..but soon ok? hees!

today at work, this uncle said that i dun look singaporean-chinese and i dun have a local slang. i was like "huh? what he means by local slang neh?" so i asked, "then where do you think i am from?" i was sooooo scared that he's going to say CHINA. no evil offences, but i will faint if something says i speak english like a china-chinese lor. know what i mean right? luckily, he said "KOREA." haha. korea ladies are quite pretty right? so, thank you uncle! you made my day! though i dunno how in any ways i sound like a korean. smiling brightly, "anyo-hasayo!" is it?! lol!

ok la, getting tired. still need to wake up early for project meeting tomorrow. grr. really need to buck up. goodnight!

time of the month

i need to rant. went on MC today. i hate going on MC unexpectedly. like today, i was already up, showered and changed, then i decided that i cannot make it to work as i can't last the whole day. boo.

had very, very bad cramps this morning. i dun usually get horrible cramps..though the dull ache will be there on and off. but today, the cramps got so bad that i couldn't stand straight. and the flow was super heavy. blah. went to see the doctor in the afternoon..and she said, "i think you lack of iron in your diet recently..which may be why this happens suddenly." lack of iron..hmm. didn't a similar doctor told me that a few months back? lol. so i better eat the iron tablets she gave me huh..then shall see how my next menses goes.

feeling super sian. skipped school today (when i just mentioned about being more enthu previously) and my friend didn't manage to sign my attendance on my behalf. :( to date, i've missed 2 monday classes. and i can only miss 3 classes per module. the problem now is, our big anni's coming and it falls on a monday! so now.................i really dunno what to do about it. dip classmates are kinda different from degree classmates. the degree people tend to take things very seriously which i can understand why, and they are more rigid. also feel very paiseh to ask them to sign attendance for me lor. but i really dun want to go to school on the big day..i want to go for dinner with my darling! argh! am i just not setting my priorities right?

i dunno why am i fretting over this..it's not even something major. OMG. must be the PMS at work. things will always go well at the end of the day right? oh wells.......stay positive!!

i cleared all my last 3 papers! which goes to say, i've successfully completed my dip course. =D

studying and working is totally difficult, so i'm very proud of myself. finally, after screwing up my academic life since JC, i've achieved something. :) now i can be more enthusiastic in my degree course yeah? going to classes attentively and starting to do more research for my projects..lol.

what a good way to end a happy day. hehes! goodnight!

my valentine's day

my valentine's day was as simple as it can be, but as blissful as it can get. as mentioned, darling's mum got admitted so we met later than expected. it was not that good earlier in the day but once we met, everything became great. quickly checked in to not waste anymore precious time!

our room. the bed is very comfy! and it's very high..i got to jump or climb onto it..haha. hanna i'm too short la..bleah.

clowning away in the room with him..lol.

made reservations for a buffet dinner in the hotel but we didn't manage to go in the end..had to go back to TTSH to visit his mama. so, we had our valentine's day dinner in the hospital's foodcourt. waaa..special enough?? lol!

the kimchi noodles and drinks we got after dinner!

did the paperwork and collected the medicine for his mama at 11 plus, then send her and his aunty home 1st before going back to the hotel. by the time we reach rendezvous, it was after 12 already. boo..valentine's day is over before we know it!! haha. but darling continued to pamper me anyway. ordered room service to make up for dinner..whee!!

yummy yummy food. it's a shiok feeling to be eating in bed..hehe!

baby got me a bear. inside the bear, there's this recorder machine that allows you to make a voice recording of up to 12 secs. aiyo..sweet sweet. lol. we played around with the bear abit, recording messages. then it's sleeping time! been a looooong day..

my dear looks so adorably cute and huggable here.. :)

the next morning, we wake each other up with the tightest hugs and kisses. then it's breakfast time. room service again! look at darling busying himself with organising the food and all..while piggy me continue to stay under the warm quilt and wait for breakfast to be nicely served to me. i'm so pampered by him! =D

soon, it's check out time. BOO. happy times always zoom past too fast. watched "curious case of benjamin button" before going home. it's a verrrry loooooong show. the 1st hour was quite draggy, but it got quite nice and meaningful towards the last hour. send me home after that, and it marked the end of our valentine's weekend.

i'm falling deeper in love with this boy each day. although he's so not romantic (seriously..lol) nor gives me surprises, he makes me feel so protected and pampered, drowning me in his love and care all the time. i dun think i will ever find another like you baby. i believe in soulmates, and i think i've found mine. :)

i love you darling. and i treasure you and this relationship..a lot. xoxo.

yummy food. i love to eat steamboat, but i dun like the cooking and taking food part lol. so it's best when darling is around cos he will do most of the things and all i need to do is to open my mouth and put the food in. =D

lao yu sheng time! weixi printed out some pointers to read before adding in each ingredient, and we were just repeating after her like children. so fun! and my chopsticks got kiaped away by jingyang..so i didn't really get to lao. -_-|| violent guy. haha!

vday was not as great as expected due to unforseen circumstances. darling's mama got admitted for 1 day for food poisoning, so we spent majority of the time in TTSH. :( but after sending his mummy home, we still went for our hotel stay later at night. it was such bliss to be in his arms when sleeping. :) thank goodness we still manage to go for the stay and had some quality time together..being with him is the most important thing!

the customer service at rendezvous sucks though. staffs who do things halfway and throw the shit to another ignorant colleague, staffs who slam down the phone before i finish talking and still had some questions to ask, staffs who were rude and inflexible. bleah. luckily the whole package was cheap and the room was not bad..if not i sure complain till they die big time. i've learnt the skills of complaining through work..lol!

it was a lovely weekend despite the unintended hiccups. i'm missing him so much already..BOO.
